Firstly, it is equipped with screwed sealed feeding device. In order to meet the requirement of this device, before putting tires into the reactor, it needs a tire shredder to cut tires into small pieces(30-50mm) .
Secondly, it is equipped with an automatic feeder system. So the feeding of tires is automatic. In addition, the continuous pyrolysis system is equipped with two sealed discharging systems, which can discharge the carbon black and steel wire automatically. This special design can also further ensure safety and improve the environment.
Thirdly, it can work continuously for 24 hours per day without a stop. And its reactor doesn’t need to be cooled before starting another batch working.
No matter which kind of tire pyrolysis system you choose, finally you can get pyrolysis products with wide applications. For example, the tire pyrolysis oil can be used as industrial fuel material for burning or further refined to diesel. The carbon black can be used as fuel or further processed. The steel wire can be resold or recycled to the steel plant to produce new steel products.
