The BLJ-6 (6T/D) small plastic pyrolysis plant belongs to the batch operating plant which doesn’t need pre-treatment devices when disposing plastics. It can be used for converting waste plastics into useful resources, such as pyrolysis oil, carbon black and hydrocarbon gas.

The whole plant is mainly composed of reactor, casing, manifold, heavy oil tank, oil condenser, oil tank, hydroseal, auto carbon black discharger, burning room, air blow, gas gun, flue condenser, dedusting system, water tank and cooling tower.

In the pyrolysis process, waste plastics will first be put into the reactor. When the temperature increases to relevant degree, oil gas will be generated and enter the gas separator. Here, the heavy components will be liquefied and drop into the heavy oil tank. And light oil gas will rise into the oil condenser being liquefied and get into the oil tank. The unliquefied combustible gas enter the hydroseal, after desulfuration and purification, one part of it will be recycled to heat the reactor, another part will be burn out to reduce the pressure while the pressure is too high. The hot smoke will go the flue condenser and then get into the dedusting system. At last, the emission can meet your local environmental proection standard. Meanwhile, the water tank and cooling tower will supply water for the condensers. When the whole process is over, its reactor must be cooled before the second batch.

1. The hydroseal can remove sulfur and impurities of the exhaust gas and then the clean gas can be recycled to the burning room to be used as fuel. Besides, the hydroseal can also stop the gas burning back.

2. It is equipped with automatic welding machine, which can not only greatly improve working efficiency, but also guarantee the welding quality.

3. Professional thermometer and pressure gauge to inspect temperature and pressure at any time.

4. The latest heating method can prolong the service life of the reactor for 5-8 years.
